Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Model Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (3D models, information, software) on Model Works for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Model Works at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

User Content

By uploading content to Model Works, you grant us the right to:

• Store and display your content
• Use your content for service improvement
• Share your content with other users according to your privacy settings

You retain all ownership rights to your content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Model Works for:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Uploading malicious content or software
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' use of the service
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Model Works require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refund requests will be processed in accordance with Paddle’s 14-day refund policy.
• All subscription fees are processed through Paddle, subject to their availability. Should Paddle's services become unavailable, we reserve the right to adjust our subscription tiers accordingly.

Disclaimer

The materials on Model Works are provided on an 'as is' basis. Model Works makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Model Works or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Model Works, even if Model Works or a Model Works authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
